Candice is an experienced and agile project architect who has worked across diverse scales and building typologies in the design, documentation & delivery phases. She is passionate about large-scale community based, public projects which have social impact and are contextually responsive.

Candice enjoys the management of complex consultant teams and problem-solving in the process of creating a design outcome. She is a skilled and efficient documenter and plays an important role in the education and mentoring related to BIM in the practice.

She is passionate about mental health within architecture, establishing the Employee Assistance Program at Kennedy Nolan. More broadly, she has served as AIA EmAGN Forum Co-Chair and Committee Member and has ongoing involvement in critique and dialogue at RMIT and Monash University.
