Kennedy Nolan received a licence from Nightingale Housing in late 2016 and we are excited to commence work on our own Nightingale project. We are currently investigating potential sites & will soon start the process of raising equity. Further information to follow as the project progresses.

We are very interested in talking with any landowners who may be considering selling a suitable development site or discussing a land transfer arrangement. These arrangements can work well for both landowners & the Nightingale community, for example:
